Exclusive First Look: Carnival’s 2025 Loyalty Pins for Dedicated Cruisers

Carnival Cruise Line has launched its 2025 edition of the highly anticipated VIFP loyalty pins, a coveted keepsake for seasoned cruisers.

This year’s designs have been revealed with great fanfare, coinciding with the fleet’s inaugural voyages of 2025, adding a touch of celebration for loyal passengers.

John Heald, Carnival’s Brand Ambassador, introduced the new pins, which feature sophisticated designs that blend maritime elements with a dash of elegance.

The Gold level pin is accessible to cruisers who have enjoyed at least 25 days at sea with Carnival, displaying a design that includes the iconic Carnival whale tail, surrounded by stylized blue waves and a starry gold sky above. The top of the pin proudly reads “VIFP CLUB,” with the year “2025” at its base.

The pin is more than just an accessory; it represents a badge of honor for the cruisers’ loyalty and fond memories made aboard. Accompanying the pin is a card expressing gratitude from Carnival: “You’ve definitely earned it! We’re so honored that you came back to join us again, so here’s to the places we’ve traveled… and all the fun that’s still to come!”

For higher-tier cruisers at the Platinum and Diamond levels, which require 75 and 200 sailing days respectively, the pins share the same elegant design featuring a vibrant tropical wave and palm fronds with the whale tail at the center. Unique to these levels, each pin also bears the name of the specific ship, enhancing their collectibility and personal value to the cruisers.

Cruisers have responded positively to the 2025 pin designs, many eagerly anticipating their upcoming journeys to add these new items to their collections. The pins can be proudly displayed on various items such as lanyards and hats during cruises, allowing guests to showcase their loyalty and celebrate their travel adventures.

To obtain these exclusive pins, eligible cruisers must visit the Pixels photo gallery aboard the ship during their voyage.

The gifts, which are limited to one per guest, include not only the pins but occasionally other memorabilia like a VIFP club baseball cap. However, guests are advised to pick up their gifts early during the cruise to avoid missing out due to limited supplies.

This release follows the tradition of yearly pin designs, each featuring nautical symbols and the distinctive whale tail, symbolizing Carnival’s commitment to its guests.

Despite changes in distribution methods post-pandemic, the excitement for these collectibles continues unabated, proving the enduring appeal of Carnival’s loyalty program.
