Seabourn’s New Loyalty Program Is Better Than Ever—Find Out Why

In a move that mirrors Carnival Cruise Line’s recent loyalty program changes, Seabourn has announced an overhaul of its own Seabourn Club, offering exciting new benefits and faster rewards for loyal cruisers.

However, there’s a catch—current members must opt in by October 20, 2025, or risk losing their progress and benefits altogether.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s changing and how it will affect Seabourn’s most dedicated guests.

A Shift Toward Simplicity and Faster Rewards

While Carnival shifted its program to a spending-based model earlier this summer, Seabourn is making changes that focus on simplifying its system and accelerating the path to rewards.

The luxury cruise line’s updated program, which replaces the old “Club Days” system with a new “Club Points” structure, is designed to offer a more accessible and rewarding experience for cruisers.

Key Changes in the Seabourn Club:

  • Easier Entry and Faster Tier Progression: Guests will now be able to reach higher tiers more quickly. For example, Silver status now requires just 10 Club Points (down from 20 Club Days), while Gold status has been reduced to 50 Club Points (previously 75 Club Days). Platinum status now starts at 100 Club Points (down from 140 Club Days), and Diamond and Diamond Elite tiers require 200 and 500 Club Points, respectively.
  • Free Enrollment for New Members: To join the Seabourn Club, new members no longer need to earn points. Enrollment is free, making it easier for guests to get started with the program.
  • Updated Perks: With the new points system, Silver members and above will now receive a stream-level Wi-Fi package. Gold and Platinum members are getting an added bonus with complimentary unlimited laundry services. Diamond members will also receive a special one-time bonus of either 100 or 150 Club Days, depending on their tier.

Maintaining Signature Rewards

Despite the changes, Seabourn is keeping some of the most beloved aspects of its loyalty program intact.

Guests can still earn complimentary cruises, with a 7-day cruise available at 350 Club Days and a 14-day cruise at 460 Club Days. Plus, another 7-day cruise will be awarded every 110 Club Days beyond that threshold.

Seabourn continues to pride itself on being one of the most generous luxury cruise loyalty programs. However, the program’s thresholds are shifting, meaning those who are close to reaching a milestone should check their Club Days balance before the new system goes live.

The Deadline: Act by October 20, 2025

Current Seabourn Club members must opt into the updated program by October 20, 2025, or lose all access to their benefits and accrued loyalty progress.

The deadline serves as a critical date for anyone hoping to keep their rewards intact and continue earning benefits under the new system.

What Does This Mean for Seabourn Guests?

While the changes may seem daunting, the new Seabourn Club offers a more streamlined and rewarding experience for most loyal guests. By simplifying the points structure and offering faster access to rewards, Seabourn is aiming to make loyalty more accessible to a broader range of cruisers.

However, the clock is ticking—make sure to opt in before the deadline to secure your benefits and enjoy a smoother journey through the Seabourn Club.
